You will be happy to know that there has been a substantial change on how you can search (on your own) for a new home on the Internet. Some Realtors® in the Pensacola area have implemented the IDX (Internet Data Exchange) program. What this means to you is that you can search all the current active listings in the local Pensacola Association of REALTOR® Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  We have implemented this service and offer you two Examples to chose from:

• COMMERCIAL   For Sale and Lease

  Escambia County: Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, Perdido Key, Cantonment, Molino, Beulah, Warrington

With the new MLS system we have the ability to email to you a CMA on the type of properties you are interested in. Than email you when there is a change in status or updates to these listings.

Know price changes as they occur, if the property has sold or become non-available, new properties that have become available. All when the information is made available.
